Summer 2023 - ESY RBT

(3  Positions Total - Pre-K-12) 

Qualifications (Required): 

1. Valid Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
2. Experience working with students that have behaviors due to their disabilities as outlined in their IEP. 
3. Ability to relate /communicate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and administrators. 
4. RBT’s must commit to being present for each day of the program. See dates below for more info. 

Qualifications (Preferred):

1. Experience working in the Malden Public Schools.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Participate in two staff development meetings. 
2. Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to plan with the BCBA in order to create appropriate plans during ESY.
3. Complete planning logs for each session and maintain student attendance records. 
4. Keep folders/portfolios with student work. 
5. Perform other related activities as required by the program coordinator. 

Duration: 

Program Administration and Implementation 101 hours total to include the following: 

• Professional In-service Days June 25 - 26 (3 hours each day).  
• 19 days, Monday-Thursday, from July 1 – August 1  (7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m).
• Please not no classes will be held on July 4th.

Stipend:    $20 an hour
