Summer 2024 - ESY ESP

(30  Positions Total - Pre-K-12) 

Qualifications (Required): 

  1. High School Diploma
  2. Ability to relate/communicate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and administrators.
  3. ESP must commit to being present for each day of the program. See dates below for more info. 

 

Qualifications (Preferred):

  1. Experience working in the Malden Public Schools.
  2. Working with young children in a school setting.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1. Participate in two staff development meetings. 
  2. Collaborate with the Program staff plan for students on IEP’s.
  3. Complete planning logs for each session and maintain student attendance records. 
  4. Help teachers with keeping folders/portfolios with student work. 
  5. Perform other related activities as required by the program coordinator. 

Duration: 

 

Program Administration and Implementation 101 hours total to include the following: 

 

Stipend: $20 an hour, $2,020.00 total

 

Funding Source: Special Education
