Title III  Summer Enrichment Program 

Teachers - Rising Grades 10-11

ML Levels 1-2

(4 Positions Total) 

 

EL Summer Enrichment Program Dates: July 8- August 1, 20243 {NO Fridays} 

Time: 8:30am-12:30pm  {FREE breakfast & lunch}

 

Qualifications: 

  1. Valid Massachusetts teacher certification and SEI endorsement 
  2. Willingness to implement WIDA Standards Statements  
  3. Ability to relate /communicate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and administrators.
  4. Monitor student safety on school premises and on school related field trips.


Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1. Administer and score pre/post tests and write anecdotal evaluations. 
  2. Participate in two staff development meetings. 
  3. Implement standards-based lessons using core WIDA Standard Statements
  4. Complete planning logs for each session and maintain student attendance records. 
  5. Perform other related activities as required. 

Duration:

 

Program Administration and Implementation 74 hours total to include the following: 

 

Stipend: $37 an hour  $2,738 total

 

Funding Source: Title III Grant
